counsel for the petitioner, Smt. Tanuja

Mishra, learned A.C. to G.P.18, appearing on

behalf of respondent nos.1, 5 to 7/State of

Bihar and Shri Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2, 3

and 4/Bihar State Electricity Board.

The petitioner, who retired as

Unskilled Khalasi from the office of

Electric Supply Sub Division, Asthawan,

District Nalanda on 30.10.2009, has prayed

for directing the respondents/Bihar State

Electricity Board to make payment of amount

of G.P.F. with admissible statutory

interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that after retirement, all other

retiral dues of the petitioner have already

been paid and he is also getting pension,

but without any reason, the respondents have

not paid the amount of G.P.F.

                    In     view         of      the      facts       and

        circumstances,           the     writ     petition       stands

allowed directing the respondent nos.2 to 4

to take all steps for payment of G.P.F.

amount to the petitioner along with

admissible statutory interest within a

period of eight weeks from the date of

receipt/production of a copy of this order.
