The learned counsel for the applicant prays for incorporating correction in the
order passed by this Court on 19.7.2010 in terms of correction prayed for in
the application i.e to rectify the name of police station which is erroneously
mentioned as Nijamabad instead of Kotwali. Learned counsel for the
petitioners is permitted to remove the error in the memo of the writ petition.

The application is allowed. Requisite corrections prayed for have been
incorporated in the original order as aforesaid.

Office is directed to incorporate correction either in the certified copy already
issued or to issue fresh certified copy as may be deemed necessary.
