20 01.07.2010 As prayed, two weeks’ time is allowed to the

appellants to take steps for fresh service of show-cause notice

upon proposed heirs, namely, respondent nos. 8(ii), 8(iv) and

9(i) to 9(iv) on their correct and present addresses under

ordinary as well as registered cover with acknowledgement

due, failing which, this appeal shall stand dismissed as against

them without further reference to a Bench.
