as to why the pensionary benefit of the petitioner has not

been paid till date.

Notice will go under ordinary process, as well as

registered cover with A/D, requisites etc. for which, must

be filed within one week, failing which this application

shall stand rejected as against the concerned party

without any further reference to the Bench.

on Opposite Party No. 4.
