Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

Petitioner filed a representation before the authority concerned regarding
giving him some weightage of experience of National Cadet Core (N.C.C.).
According to the petitioner, the same is still pending consideration.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is being
disposed of finally directing the authorities concerned to consider the claim of
the petitioner on the basis of representation submitted in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
