Petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition bearing No.1774 (S/S) of
2008 in which a direction was issued for deciding the
representation. The same has been decided on 26th August, 2008.
The said decision has been challenged before this Court through
this writ petition. The petitioner had qualified the written
examination for the post of S.I. (C.P.) in the departmental ranker
examination but unfortunately due to communication gap he cold
not appear in the examination. Petitioner’s representation has been
rejected on the ground that the information was sent to the
petitioner but some how the petitioner says that no communication
was ever given to him. In any view of the matter, the ground
reality is that this examination has been completed way back and
nothing can be done today. The result has been declared and all
others have joined.
On the basis of the reasons given in the impugned order, the
petition is dismissed.
