Despite there being several counsels, whose names are on record, a
request has been made by Sri K.D. Nag that the case may be
adjourned for want of counsel. He informs that Sri R.K.Srivastava
has instructed him to make a request for adjournment of the
matter. The matter relates to 1990 and the old cases are listed on
the directions of the Hon’ble the Chief Justice to be taken up on
priority. Therefore, such requests for adjournments are not
normally entertained but since the counsel is present in the Court
and is making request for adjournment, the case is adjourned
today.
