4. 5.10.2010 Having heard counsel for the

petitioner as also counsel for the State and

taking into account that the allegation for

offence under sections 21 and 22 of the

N.D.P.S.Act is against the petitioner and

three others with recovery of 46 Kgs. of

Ganja in two bags, this Court for the

present is not inclined to grant bail to the

petitioner and therefore, his prayer for

bail is rejected for the present.

The petitioner may, however, renew

his prayer for bail after completing one

year of his judicial custody.
