Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order
passed by this Court on 18.5.2009, the petitioner has already put in appearance
before the court below and furnished her bail bonds.

Initially, the petitioner was found to be innocent after investigation,
though her name was mentioned in the FIR. She was summoned only on filing of
application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. by the prosecution. As the petitioner has
already put in appearance and facing trial, the interim order passed by this Court
on 18.5.2009 is made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
