JUDGMENT
This C.O.(C) has been filed alleging willful disobedience to the
directions issued by this Court in Annexure-A1 order dated 22.02.2010 in
W.P.(C).No.5619/2010.
2. When this matter is taken up today, the learned Government
Pleader submitted that in terms of the directions in Annexure-A1 order, the
representations submitted by the petitioner were considered and after such
consideration, the same were rejected. This is recorded. The learned
Government Pleader further submitted that the order of rejection has
already been communicated to the petitioner. In view of the said position,
this C.O.(C) is closed. However, it will be open to the petitioner to
challenge the order of rejection in appropriate proceedings.
