On the matter being taken up today, only grievance which
has been sought to be raised by petitioner that pursuant to
notice which has been issued, he has already submitted his
reply but till date said proceedings have not been finalized.

In the fact of the case in case till date Licensing Authority
has not proceeded to pass any order then in that event all
endeavour shall be made by the Licensing Authority to
decide the same, in accordance with law, preferably within
eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of
this order.

With the above direction present writ petition is disposed
of.
