                          J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction

against the 1st respondent, a private Scheduled Bank and that too, in

relation to a hire purchase transaction . In my view, a writ petition

against the 1st respondent is not maintainable. Therefore, this writ

petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
