1) The Appellant’s application was received on 09/03/2010 in the office of Zone 17. As there was no
specific complaint on which the action could be taken, so it was filed.
2) As above.
3) Did not come under RTI Act, 2005.

First Appeal:
Incomplete information received from the PIO.
Order of the FAA:
The FAA noted that information given by the PIO appeared to be complete and suggested the Appellant to
contact him for any other grievance.
Ground of the Second Appeal:
Unfair disposal of the Appeal by the FAA.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present
Appellant : Mr. Mahendra Prasad Choudhary;
Respondent : Mr. H. P. Meena, Public Information Officer & Asst. Commissioner (North);
The appellant had filed a complaint on 20/11/2009 making allegations of serious irregularities. The
PIO has replied that there was no specific complaint hence no action was taken. The Commission feels
that specific serious allegations have been made in the complaints of the appellant which the respondent
also agrees. In view of this the PIO is directed to send a fresh reply about the action taken on the
appellant’s complaint.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to give a fresh reply to the appellant before 10 November 2010.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
