                         J U D G M E N T

In the matter of payment of back wages, it is

submitted that the petitioner has filed Ext.P6 representation

before the 4th respondent. There will be a direction to the 4th

respondent to consider Ext.P6 and pass appropriate orders

thereon in accordance with law with notice to the petitioner

within four months from the date of production of a copy of the

judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
