2 26.08.2011 The present writ application has been filed for a

direction to the respondent authorities to provide police

protection to the petitioner in order to construct the

residential house and boundary wall on Khata No. 88(old)

Plot No. 559(old), 3413 (new) in Mauza Tumaul P.S.

Ghanshyampur, distt- Darbhanga.

It is also submitted that some road is being

constructed on the raiyati land of the petitioner without

getting the land of the area demarcated.

In view of this Court, let the petitioner file

appropriate representation before the S.P., Darbhanga as

well as Circle Officer, Ghanshyampur for redressal of his

grievances within a period of three weeks.

It is expected from the authorities to consider

the grievances of the petitioner within a period of three

months of filing of the representation along with the order

of this Court.

With the above observation, this writ application

is disposed of.
