Heard
Ms. Trusha Patel, learned A.G.P., appearing for the applicants.

Taking
into consideration the fact that if notice is issued to the opponents
(writ petitioners) it will take more time, therefore, instead of
issuing notice, we extend the period upto 28.02.2010 for passing a
final order in terms of our order dated 15.07.2009. On failure, it
will be open to the opponents (writ petitioners) to move before this
Court for appropriate action. Order dated 15.07.2009 passed in
Special Civil Application No.1469 of 2000 stands modified to the
extent above.

Miscellaneous
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
