This petition by the tenant is directed against an order declaring
vacancy where an interim order is operating since October 2000 but
there is nothing on record to show that the rent/damages are being
regularly deposited.

However, none appears to press this petition even in the revised list.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed and the interim order is
vacated.
