       Vide decision dated 11.1.2010, the Commission had directed the
CPIO either to grant the benefit of ACP to the appellant as per rules or in
the alternative, to give him detailed reasons for non-grant thereof in 04
weeks time. Vide letter dated 17.2.2010, the appellant had complained to
the Commission that its order had not been implemented. Hence, a show-
cause notice was issued to the CPIO and the matter was fixed for hearing
on 30.3.2010.

2.      As scheduled, the matter is heard today dated 30.3.2010. Appellant
present. Nobody has appeared for DDA. However, the CPIO has sent a
letter dated 16.2.2010 to the appellant stating therein the reasons for non
grant of benefit under the ACP scheme. This letter, obviously, was not in
the hands of appellant when he filed the non-compliance complaint. It
would, thus, appear that the order of the Commission has been complied
with.

3.     Hence, the matter is closed.
