Director in Chief, Health Services, Government of
Bihar, Patna, Opposite Party No. 2, but it is not on
record. However, it is submitted by the counsel,
appearing for the State that in the show-cause, it has
been stated that Order has been issued for payment.
There is nothing to show that till date the payment
has been made to the petitioner, as such it can not be
considered as proper compliance of this Court’s Order.
Put up this matter in the first week of
January, 2011.
Supplementary show-cause be filed, showing
actual payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner
for the period January, 2008 to August, 2008.
