In spite of granting time to bring the legal representatives of

the deceased respondent, the Revenue has not taken effective steps to

bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record.

That only shows that the petitioner is not very much interested in the

matter.

Therefore, these applications and the revision petition are

rejected for non-prosecution.

Ordered accordingly.
