Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

This is correction application no. 224109 of 2010. After perusing the record
the learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the memo of the
application by mentioned Judicial Magistrate in place of A.C.J.M. The order
dated 26.5.2010 is hereby corrected by mentioning Judicial Magistrate in
place of A.C.J.M. Mahrajganj in third line of the order.

Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
