when the matter was called out, Mr. Naranbhai Dalabhai, from Anand
Police Station is present and states that the police has recorded the
statement of corpus. Learned APP Ms. M.S. Panchal submits that
attempt will be made to produce corpus before this Court on 09th
of September, 2008 with proper security and under the charge of a
