of order dated 18.08.2010 (Annexure-1) passed by the Programme
fficer, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur (respondent no.3) shall remain
stayed.
Let this case be placed along with CWJC No.14929 of
2010 and other analogous cases which are also going to be listed
for admission.
