Amee Patel for Mr.Vibhuti Nanavati, places on record a copy of the
order passed in Civil Revision Application No.153 of 2008, and
submits that similar order be passed in the present C.R.A.

fact that the amount involved in the present appeal being only
Rs.5,000/-, the present Revision Application deserves to be disposed
of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective
