Similarly situated co-accused person has been allowed

bail vide Cr. Misc. No.22350 of 2010 by a bench of this court,

taking that into consideration petitioner is also allowed the same

privilege.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released

on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Udakishanganj

P. S. Case No.23 of 2010.
