J U D G M E N T
Petitioner submits that he appeared for BBA
Degree 1st and 5th semester supplementary examination and
failed in the papers ‘Business Accounting’ and ‘Industrial
Relations’. He submitted Exts.P1, P3, P5 and P7 applications
for scrutiny and revaluation and filed this writ petition seeking
an order for expeditious revaluation and declaration of his
results.
2. I heard standing counsel appearing for the
University also.
3. Having regard to the facts pointed out, it is directed
that the University shall complete the scrutiny within two
weeks and revaluation sought for and declare the result of the
petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within ten
weeks from the last date fixed for receipt of application for

revaluation, provided the application has been received and is
otherwise in order.
4. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this
judgment along with the writ petition before the University for
compliance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
