THE MINISTER OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS AND MINISTER OF SHIPPING ( SHRI ARUN JAITLEY): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill further to amend the Companies Act, 1956.
MR. SPEAKER: The question is:
