a month. Copy of the requisition shall be annexed along with counter affidavit
and original shall be produced as already directed by order dated 07.09.2009
which is quoted below:
“Sri A.K. Yadav, Advocate may produce the original requisition sent by the institution qua
the post of Lecturer in question.
Put up on 16.09.2009.”
Meanwhile learned standing counsel representing respondent nos. 1 to 3 may
also file counter affidavit. Steps to serve other respondents shall be taken
within a week.
List on 24.02.2010 showing the name of Sri A.K. Yadav as well as Sri S.R.
Singh as learned counsel for respondent no.5.
Office is directed to supply a copy of this order free of cost to Sri A.K. Yadav
within three days.
