Counter affidavit was invited by an order dated 26.10.2009. No
counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents no. 1 and 2 till
date. Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three
weeks’ time to file counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents
no. 1 and 2, failing which the respondent no.1, District Inspector of
Schools, Maharajganj will appear in person before this Court on
the date fixed alongwith relevant records and instructions to assist
the Court.
