Having
heard counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the
grounds, the order dated 28th June 2011 passed by this Court
dismissing the cases for non-compliance of the Court’s order is
recalled. Civil Application No.5797 of 2011, Civil Application
(Stamp) No.4367 of 2011 and Letters Patent Appeal (Stamp) No. 631 of
2011 shall stand restored to their original numbers. Defects be
removed within two weeks, failing which, this order shall stand
recalled. Civil Application No.5797 of 2011, Civil Application
(Stamp) No.4367 of 2011 and Letters Patent Appeal (Stamp) No. 631 of
2011 be listed on 15th July 2011. Miscellaneous Civil Application
No. 1710 of 2011 stands disposed of.
