                         J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is aggrieved by Exts.P8 and P9. In

O.P.No.22795/01, by judgment dated 23.11.2007, this court has

already directed the Assistant Educational Officer, Payyannur to

take a decision in the matter of approval of appointment of the

5th respondent herein. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the Assistant Educational officer, Payyannur to take a

decision in the matter after affording an opportunity for hearing

to the petitioner in the said writ petition also, within a period of

three months from the date of production of a copy of the

judgment.
