6 17.10.2011 I.A. No.7120 of 2011 has been

filed for modification of the order dated

13.10.2011 to the extent an order for issue

of bailable warrant of arrest was passed

against the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar and

Finance Officer of the L.N.Mithila

University. In the I.A. it is stated that

due to some inadvertence the case could not

be marked and no show cause has been filed.

It is stated that show cause has been filed

now in the case.

                               Considering        the      facts         and

                 circumstances        mentioned    in    the    I.A.,    the

                 same     is    allowed    and     the    order       dated

13.10.2011 is modified and recalled to the

extent bailable warrant of arrest

was ordered to be issued against the Vice-

Chancellor, Registrar and Finance Officer

of the University.
