2. Learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that this petition has
been filed by the petitioner for the
protection of the life, liberty and property
of the petitioner and the members of his
family from the private respondents who are
politically influential persons and they have
grabbed the petitioners’ land with the help
of police etc.
3. Learned counsel for the
petitioner further submits that on the
representation of the petitioner the
Inspector General of Police, Darbhanga has
asked both the parties to appear before him
today itself for sorting out the differences.
4. In the said circumstance
learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw this petition.
According, this writ petition is disposed of
as withdrawn.
