This is an application seeking correction in the order dated passed on the bail
application.

The application is allowed and the learned counsel for the applicant is
permitted to make necessary correction in the bail application, and the order
dated 15.4.2010 is corrected as follows:

“In the first line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 15.4.2010 the
Crime No. ” 736 of 2009′ shall be read as ‘ 912 of 2009’.
