Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner in pursuance to the
interim order dated 30.1.1990 passed by this Court continued on the post in
question. Thereafter she filed another Writ Petition No.5662 (S/S) of 1992
and in pursuance to the direction given in that writ petition, services of the
petitioner have been regularized.

Once services of the petitioner have been regularized, this writ petition has
become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
