Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel
appearing for the State-respondents.

This petition has been filed for early disposal of Original Suit No.1021 of
2005. We do not find any reason to expedite the hearing of the suit out of
turn. However, it is open for the petitioner to approach the District Judge for
early disposal of the suit.

Subject to aforesaid observation this petition stands dismissed.
