Despite the order of this Court, the respondents no. 4 and 5 have neither filed
any counter affidavit nor produced the corpus before this Court.

Sri Virendra Singh who has filed appearance on behalf of respondents no. 4
and 5 stated that they will produce the corpus before this Court on Monday, i.
e. 12.7.2010.

List this case on 12.7.2010. On that date, the corpus shall be produced before
this Court.
