This
petition has been filed for extension of further four week’s time to
Gujarat Nursing Council for declaration of the result. Learned
counsel appearing on behalf of respondent original petitioner submits
that Gujarat Nursing Council has moved against the original order
passed by this Court in LPA No. 4926 of 2010, which has been affirmed
by the Supreme Court by order dated 14.1.2011 passed in SLP (Civil)
No. 16 of 2011. The Supreme Court has noticed that the Court, in
special facts and circumstances, has allowed to publish the result of
the students who have completed the course and taken the examination.
In
these circumstances, no further order is required to be passed. If
the result has not yet been published, the Nursing Council must
publish it by 30.4.2011. MCA stands disposed of.
