02. 16.08.2010 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order

dated 21.08.2008 passed by Assistant Sessions

Judge, Rosera in Sessions Trial No. 276 of 1992 by

which he has rejected the petitioner’s prayer to recall

of the informant for her cross-examination.

Considering that the prayer of the petitioner

was rejected on cogent ground, I decline to interfere in

the matter. This application is dismissed.
