These I.A. filed for stay of execution proceeding during the
pendency of this appeal. Present appeal arose from Money Suit No.
92 of 1987. Under the said circumstance, even if appeal is allowed
then appellant can be compensated in terms of money.

Thus, I am not inclined to stay the execution proceeding.
Accordingly, both I.A. dismissed.
