Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the
proceedings under section 182 I.P.C. have been initiated against the
applicant because he had not filed objection against the final report.
Learned A.G.A.prays for and is granted 4 weeks’ time to file counter
affidavit.

Issue notice to O.P. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
applicant and the learned A.G.A. further proceedings in case no. 4975
of 2008 whereby the cognizance has been taken against the applicant
under section 182 I.P.C. shall be kept in abeyance.
List after four weeks for orders
