From the counter affidavit filed in connected matters, it appears that the
alleged detenue was called to police station on 1.12.2009 in connection with
Case Crime No. 1375/09 registered under Section 307, 302, 394/34 I.P.C.,
Police Station Gomti Nagar, district Lucknow and let off after interrogation.

Thus, nothing would survive in this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed.
