                         ANTONY DOMINIC, J.
                   -------------------------
                   W.P.(C.) No.24173 of 2010 (V)
              ---------------------------------
Dated, this the 3rd day of August, 2010

                            J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a Graduate in Civil Engineering.

2. In response to a notification issued by the Public Service

Commission for recruitment to the post of Assistant

Engineer/Assistant Town Planning Officer, the petitioner applied and

appeared for the written test. Ext.P7 is the question paper.

According to the petitioner, 26 out of 100 questions in Ext.P7 are

copied from Exts.P8 to P12 rank files published by the 3rd respondent.

It is stated that for this reason, the examination is irregular and

complaining of the same, he has filed Ext.P13 representation before

the 1st respondent for an enquiry.

Now that the matter is thus raised before the 1st respondent, I

do not think that this Court should go into the merits of the claim

raised. In the nature of the allegations raised, I direct the 1st

respondent to enquire into Ext.P13 complaint made by the petitioner.

This the 1st respondent shall do as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within two months of production of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.

(ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE)
