reported in 2010 (2) PLJR 954 this Civil Revision is not maintainable.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to convert this Civil Revision

into an application under Article 227 of the Constitution within four weeks

as prayed for, failing which the Civil Revision application shall stand

rejected without further reference to the bench.
