ORDER

The
present application has been filed for recalling of the order dated
11.04.2011, by which, the matters have been dismissed for non-removal
of the office objections.

Learned
counsel, Mr.Meena for the applicant stated that he has a receipt with
him and he will place it on record within three days.

view of the above statement, the present application stands allowed
in terms of Para No.5(A). The order dated 11.04.2011 is hereby
recalled. First Appeal No.1093 of 2011 and Civil Application filed
therein are restored to file.
