Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In our view, the petitioner has alleged that a

representation has already been submitted being 24.6.2009. It

is expected that the decision would be taken by the competent

authority after hearing the petitioners, or their authorised

representatives, and considering the objections.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to

entertain the present public interest litigation. The same is,

therefore, dismissed.
