The petitioner while fleeing away with

the luggage of the passenger was caught red

handed, considering which I am not inclined to

direct his release on bail.

The petition is dismissed.

However, as soon as the petitioner

completes one year of confinement in Jamalpur

P.S.Case No. 10 of 2008, the Railway Judicial

Magistrate, Kiul, shall release him on bail on

his furnishing a bond of his own satisfaction.
