We are not inclined to entertain this appeal in

view of the judgment of this Court in L.A.A.515/08 and

L.A.A.2179/08. It is seen from the judgment in

L.A.A.2179/08 that this Court has approved

enhancement at a greater percentage in respect of

land which was included in inferior category i.e.

category-c. The enhancement granted under the

impugned judgment is only to be approved in view of

that judgment. The appeal will stand dismissed. No

costs.
