1. The contention of the Revenue is that as against the amounts, which are presently frozen, approximately Rs. 86 lakhs, there is an estimated tax liability of approximately Rs. 10 crores. We have also been shown the satisfaction note dt. 13th Sept., 2005 of the Addl. Director of IT (Inv.) Unit 1(1), the noting of the Addl. Director of IT (Inv.) Unit 1 dt. 3rd Oct., 2005 and that of the Director (Investigation) dt. 4th Oct., 2005. We find no ground to exercise the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
