Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
It is contended that corpus, Smt. Pushpa Devi, is a legally wedded wife of the
deponent but she is being illegally detained against her wish by respondent
No. 3, hence the instant writ petition has been filed before this Court by the
petitioner for issuing a writ of Habeas corpus directing the respondent No.3 to
produce the corpus Smt. Pushpa Devi, before this Court.
Notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has been accepted by learned
AGA.
Issue notice to the respondent No. 3 returnable within two weeks.
Learned AGA prays for and is allowed four weeks time for filing counter
affidavit. The respondent No. 3 may also file counter affidavit within the
same period.
